🚨 Under no circumstances shall Vape Shop Maps be liable for:

  • Misrepresentation, fraud, or illegal activity by stores, brands, or wholesalers.
  • Delayed, incorrect, or canceled orders.
  • Violations of local, state, or federal regulations by businesses.


2️⃣ Store & Brand Responsibilities

✅ Compliance with Laws: Stores and brands using Vape Shop Maps must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and promotion of vape and hemp-related products.
✅ Age Verification: Businesses are solely responsible for ensuring sales are made only to users 21+ in permitted regions.
✅ Product Accuracy: Stores and brands must provide truthful and accurate descriptions of their products and services.
✅ Legal Sales Only: Any business listing unauthorized, illegal, or counterfeit products will be immediately removed, and their account may be permanently banned.
✅ Dispute Resolution: Any issues related to payments, refunds, shipping, or defective products must be handled directly between the store/brand and the customer. Vape Shop Maps does not mediate disputes.

🚨 Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination from Vape Shop Maps.
